Shipping Policy

We have quite a number of top-notch couriers who are partners with us. Therefore they provide animal transportation services to the buyer’s location whenever we need it.

Shipping cost must be paid in full at least two days prior to allow time to make flight arrangements, purchase crate, and arrange vet appointment. There are often temperature restrictions beyond our control.

NOTE:   It is required by law that ALL EXOTICS shipped within the US come from a breeder with a USDA License (or actively in pursuit of one).
Shipping Exotic animals across the US, Canada and other International locations is easier than you might think.

Direct/non-stop flights are not common
– Less stress on the animal with a single  flight, less drama for the animal.
-Experience with them as an airline

They offer priority shipping. If the animal(s) do travel in the cargo area, however, with the same temperature and the same air filtered in as the passengers breathe. Having shipped animal(s) for over the years, we have never had a negative incident.

Before and after flights ,animal(s) are immediately taken to/from the plane. They are hand-delivered to each counter.
When your animal arrives, he/she may be picked up in the cargo pickup area or behind the counter of the ticket desk.

The airlines do require some form of identification before they will release the animal(s) to the new owner.
After you pick up your animal(s) and have returned home, we would ask that you call us to let us know how the animal(s) is doing.

Included with the shipment of each animal are ;
– its certified health certificate.
– Vaccination and worming record.
– Registration.
– Animal food.
– Chew toy, blankets.
– 1-year Health Guarantee, and
– Pet carrier with food and water dish. (Pet Carrier is only included when shipping by air)

Pick-Up
You will be given the flight information for your animal’s departure/arrival and you will know the time, terminal that your animal will be arriving.

If all of the flights are on-time your animal will most likely be able to be picked up 30 to 45 min after the flight lands. 

The actual pick-up location varies with each airport. 
Some airports have a separate cargo building that the animals are transferred to off of the plane; other airports have pick-up locations at the ticket counter or baggage claim office. 

You will be provided with your flight’s pick-up location in your flight confirmation email.
